By accessing and using the GlowyBook platform, website, and mobile applications ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use our Services.

These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, salon owners, and anyone who accesses or uses the Services. By using GlowyBook, you represent that you are at least 16 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. GlowyBook reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain inaccurate or misleading information.

GlowyBook facilitates booking between clients and salons. When you make a booking, you enter into an agreement directly with the salon. GlowyBook is not a party to this agreement but provides the platform to facilitate it.

Free cancellation is available up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment unless the salon specifies otherwise. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees determined by the individual salon. Repeated no-shows may result in account restrictions.

Payments for beauty services are made directly to the salon unless online prepayment is offered. GlowyBook does not charge clients any booking fees. Prices displayed on the platform are set by the salons and may be subject to change.

For salons using online payment features, transactions are processed through secure third-party payment providers. GlowyBook does not store or have access to your complete payment information.

You agree to use GlowyBook in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not post false reviews, harass salon staff, use the platform for fraudulent purposes, or attempt to interfere with the platform's functionality.

Reviews and ratings must reflect genuine experiences. GlowyBook reserves the right to remove content that violates these standards and to suspend accounts engaging in abusive or fraudulent behavior.

Salons registered on GlowyBook are responsible for the accuracy of their listed information, including services, prices, availability, and working hours. Salons must honor confirmed bookings and provide services as described.

Salons are independent businesses and are solely responsible for the quality of their services, compliance with health and safety regulations, and their interactions with clients.

The GlowyBook platform, including its design, logo, text, graphics, and software, is the property of GlowyBook and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

By posting content such as reviews or photos on GlowyBook, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content in connection with our Services.

GlowyBook is a platform that connects clients with salons. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or outcome of services provided by salons. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GlowyBook shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the use of the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid to GlowyBook, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using GlowyBook, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.

GlowyBook reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and notify registered users via email or in-app notification.
